Since 2013, I have been supporting large and medium-sized companies as well as startups as a management coach and strategic advisor. Throughout my management and consulting career, the impact of new technologies on people and organizations has always been a focus. I have also dealt with questions related to acquisitions and integration, leading intercultural teams, and implementing strategic realignments.

In addition to my clients in the IT and consulting services industry, I increasingly assist clients from other sectors in the field of digitalization. Medium-sized companies, such as those in publishing or construction, are experiencing the growing importance of IT. This not only affects their product offerings and processes but also has implications for their workforce and management culture. Based on my experience, I help companies find a balance between agile management styles and maintaining their traditional roots where necessary.

In these times of change, topics such as inorganic growth (acquisitions), additional capital, or mergers are often relevant. Due to my collaboration with investment banks and private equity funds, I am also involved as a moderator or strategic advisor in M&A situations.

Today, in addition to my current clients, I am Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Syngenio AG, a medium-sized system integrator and incubator. I am also on the advisory board of several start-ups that deal with innovative applications based on sensor technology and artificial intelligence. I work closely with other partners and specialists to be able to offer solutions to the diverse issues and tasks of my customers. This collaboration has also resulted in the DataValueThinking network.

Before founding my own company, I supported the Japanese IT services and consulting company NTT Data as CEO EMEA and Germany in its expansion in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Before joining NTT Data, I was responsible for SAP's business in the financial services industry. This included responsibility as Head of Global Banking Business, where I successfully grew the software group's global banking business.

During my time as Managing Director at the consulting unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany (PwC), I was also responsible for Financial Services. Following the takeover of the former PwC Consulting by IBM, I headed its Business Services Unit for Financial Services in Europe.
